Even if all requirements are met, McInroe.us reserves the right to grant or deny usage at our sole discretion.

Unacceptable Uses

Any of the following uses of McInroe.us resources will result in immediate termination of service with no prior warning or notice:

1. Violation of US law
2. Promotion of hate
3. Promotion of violence
4. Impersonation
5. Distribution of malware
6. Fraud or deception
7. Conducting financial transactions
8. Undisclosed advertising
9. Distribution of code generated by a machine learning algorithm

The interpretation of if a particular use is consistent with one listed here is at the sole discretion of McInroe.us. Usage may also be terminated for any significant change in scope of usage without notice to McInroe.us and subsequent approval.
